Even though there are cheaper hotels in Niagara Falls (Canada), my wife and I always come back to this hotel (Sheraton on the Falls) because of the outstanding professionalism by the entire staff. Five Star Treatment during the entire stay. The employee's made us feel like we were royalty. The hotel rooms are great, the dining is superb, and the addition of the indoor Water Park made the trip all that much better (brought our children). Our only regret was that we had to leave after 3 days. We are returning in September and are looking forward to it.
