Excellent Service and Luxurious Hotel!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and I was very pleased with the accommodations. The hotel room was lovely but, more importantly in my opinion, the staff were outstanding. I never passed a staff member in the hall without them acknowledging me with a friendly greeting and smile (so rare these days). Everyone was so helpful with directions and local interests and they made it abundantly clear that this establishment maintained a policy of "customer first"! Excellent customer service!!!

Wonderful Service and Hotel Room

This was our second stay at this location. Much to our surprise they remember our names at check in. Our room was as good as the first time. Excellent condition and super clean. Little things like the turn down service added a special touch. Colin the front desk manager called the room to make sure everything was up to our standards. They exceeded them. Every staff member we met greeted us with a hello and kind smile. The food was excellent with more choices than we could eat. The wait staff was attentive and seamed to enjoy their job. We forgot two small items and the staff brought them to us promptly and with a smile. The follow-up phone call was a wonderful touch. We have stayed in many hotels across the country and have received good service. But this service was above and beyond our expectations. We intend to stay here many more times in the future. If you like service above and beyond, a clean well taken care of room, great food and a breath taking view, here is where you want to stay.
