The spa is home to one of only six Hydrotherapy Infinity Jetted Tubs in Canada, breathtaking Fallsview Treatment Areas, a Fallsview Relaxation Lounge and is the exclusive home in Niagara to the GUINOT line of skincare products.
Keep fit with the new Sheraton Fitness Program. The new fitness centre, located on the 2nd floor offers treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical machines, free weights, stand-along press and curl machines and a host of fitness studio equipment. An innovative hotel fitness program, Sheraton Fitness was designed in partnership with Core Performance to develop a series of downloadable workout programs with each type of traveler in mind.
The Falls are not the only source of water at the Sheraton, this hotel features two Falls view pools on site. The indoor Falls view pool is open all year and the outdoor Falls view pool and patio (on the roof of the conference center) is a great option to relax and enjoy the wonder of the Falls.

The Link@Sheraton is an innovative approach to hotel guest internet service. Each guestroom in the hotel offers high speed wireless internet however the Link prompts guests to head to the lobby to enjoy the sight, sound and communal experience of travel. The free service provides guest the ability to keep in touch with friends, family and the office while on the road and the chance to meet fellow travelers. The Link now offers the PrintME Service, which allows guest to send a print job to participating locations in anticipation of the arrival. The print job is then stored for up to 24 hours and ready to print when accessed with the secured ID attached to each print document via the PrintME touchscreen.
The Lobby Lounge situated next to the interior shopping concourse is a relaxing venue for a nightcap, ideal gathering point throughout the day or a space outside of your guestroom to sit and relax with a paper, laptop or catch a game.
Located on the Upper Lobby Level, the Starwood Preferred Guest Club Lounge provides SPG Club members a private space within the hotel where they can enjoy complimentary continental breakfast, coffee, tea and snacks throughout the day. Overlooking Oaks Garden Theatre and the Falls, the Club Lounge has one of the best views in the hotel.
The Sheraton on the Falls Hotel shopping concourse is home to a variety of stores located on the Lobby level for last minute souvenir shopping or for the forgotten item. Stores include: Piccadilly Place, and On the Falls souvenir shop, Rainforest Cafe Gift Shop, Hard Rock Cafe Boutique, The Hershey Store, and the Always Refreshing Coca-Cola Gift Shop.
The Sheraton on the Falls Hotel has it’s very own Starbucks Cafe located in the lobby of the hotel. Perfect for your morning coffee or quick snack throughout the day, Starbucks is open early and closes late to satisfy your cravings.
The Sheraton not only features great amenities it also connects you to them. The Falls Avenue Indoor walkway provides guests of the Sheraton with direct indoor access to Casino Niagara, the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and a multitude of other great Niagara Falls attractions and dining options.
