Sheraton stands for Service!

We are long-time Starwood members and have had the good fortune to stay at some of the finest properties in North America, Latin America and Europe. While hotels vary greatly in decor and amenities, an absolute necessity is that the level of service remain the highest possible. From the moment we pulled into the parking garage at the Sheraton on the Falls hotel in Niagara we were treated as valued guests. Valets were polite and helpful, doormen accommodating and the front desk staff were pleasant and efficient. We had booked three rooms for a large family group and were given three adjacent rooms with wonderful views of both the American and Canadian falls. The rooms were very comfortable and each included a sofa and cozy fireplace. They were clean and well appointed. There is also a significant tourist area and a Hard Rock next door if you are into that. There are plenty of options for children including an indoor (rooftop!) water park nearby. Directly in front of the hotel there is a park where, were the weather warmer, we could have had a lovely stroll. We did brave the walk to the Canadian falls in the evening and enjoyed a beautiful Christmas lights display along the main boulevard (appropriately named Falls Avenue). We did not take advantage of the pool or spa, but did enjoy breakfast in the dining room. The staff were very attentive and the views of the falls were spectacular. We would rank the accommodations at the Sheraton on the Falls very highly, but the service was top-notch without being pretentious. We will absolutely be back!
