Sheraton has a customer satisfaction guarantee that is excellent. Our friends booked a fallsview room that ended up having a small roof blocking most of their view. Upon hearing our friends express disappointment while delivering their luggage, the bellhop volunteered to find them a better room. He arranged it all and moved them to a bigger suite on another floor with a wonderful falls view. It was definitely an upgrade with no extra charge nor effort required of our friends. We were all impressed. As well, Sheraton's Sweet Sleeper bed MUST be mentioned. It is by far the most comfortable hotel bed on which any of us had ever slept. We will always book a Sheraton hotel in the future and highly recommend this one in particular.
