This hotel IS THE BEST! We have stayed at many Sheraton's over the years and this is the hands down winner. The front desk people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond. Check in is always fast and friendly. Our last visit we were upgraded from a room with no view to a king mini suite with sitting area, view of the Falls (spectacular!) fireplace, mini balcony AND Jacuzzi (there's a TV and phone in the bathroom) Rooms are clean and contemporary. This hotel is located within steps to all Falls attractions. There is a covered walkway to the Casino, so leave your coat in the room and go. The restaurant's food in excellent and fresh. If you go to the Falls, do yourself a favor and stay here, I've been going to Niagara Falls for over 20 years and this is my hotel of choice. I really can't say enough good things about this Sheraton. They really do make you feel like you are a valued guest and they genuinely care about you.
