Superb Hotel Accommodations!
It is too seldom that we take the time to thank people for service well delivered or just to say thanks. This week I stayed at the Sheraton on the Falls hotel for the first time. I was very pleased with the service I received, and the impeccable condition of your hotel. The room was amazing, the housekeeping more than I expected and the staff including the valets more than friendly. I often stay at Westins and feel somewhat less than pampered. This was a great experience and I will be back for a return visit.
