It’s with this spirit, that Massimo Capra celebrates Abruzzo. These principles also led our winery partner Masciarelli Winery from a humble start with just 2.5 hectares, to now feature over 320 hectares. Their vineyards scattered throughout Abruzzo, each produce distinct wines that are shaped by the land and climate, and result in the ideal pairings for our menu designed to honour the region.

  • **Culinary Series hotel packages require a 50% deposit at time of booking, which is non-refundable.
  • The balance of the stay will be charged upon arrival
  • Cancellations made after 4pm 48hrs prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the stay including applicable taxes.
